Overall Job Function:  Responsible to provide excellent service to the stores by performing all duties related to picking and packing of H&M merchandise with accuracy, quality, efficiency and sustainability according to H&M values, policies, and procedures.   


COVID-19 Response:

To keep our team safe, we have implemented temperature checks when entering the building, are providing protective gear and have implemented social distancing guidelines when moving around the building. We also have cleaning and sanitation supplies on hand for a safe and clean work environment.


Full Time, 1st Shift (Open Availability is required.)

Job Responsibility including but not limited to:

  • Picks and packs garments in designated store totes from designated warehouse locations determined by computerized lists.
  • Follows and executes all safety, security, and administrative routines.  
  • Retrieves loaded totes and racks and load trucks with merchandise, fixtures, and all other parcels or supplies in an organized and secured manner and secures with a seal.
  • Unloads received trucks and ensures all merchandise on Bill of Lading is accounted for and in good shape.
  • Notifies a manager of any discrepancies or damages.
  • Breaks down and sorts cartons/totes/pallets daily from arriving trailers.
  • Stores cartons into predetermined locations.
 Minimum Candidate Qualifications:
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred
  • Must be fluent in English – Reading, Writing, Verbal
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. may be required
  • May be required to pull/push manual jack – 10 to 50 lbs.
  • Extended time standing and/or bending
  • Ability to work in a team and individually, in a fast-paced time sensitive environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to take own initiative and meet deadlines
